Bright, spacious private two-story Amagansett Dunes home with open living floor plan. House sits on almost an acre of beautiful dunes on a quite dead-end street. First floor offers a large master suite with Jacuzzi tub, two guest bedrooms, and two full baths. Upstairs has a loft-like feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which open up to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining and partial ocean view. House has central air and ceiling fans. The home features lots of decking (upstairs, downstairs and around the pool), a heated pool and easy beach access just a 5-8 minute walk away on a private boardwalk. The home is a perfect family retreat.
Located in Amagansett, this vacation home is near the beach. Osborn - Jackson House Museum and Home Sweet Home Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Walking Dunes Trailhead and LongHouse Reserve. Shinnecock Museum and Jonathan Adler are also worth visiting. Windsurfing and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking/biking trails nearby.
