Camper comes equipped with pots, pans, paper plates, silverware, serving utensils and cleaning supplies.

Camper should be cleaned prior to dropping back off with owner; if camper is not cleaned prior to returning, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied (deducted from deposit).

Excessive dirt, sand or mud left inside or outside of the camper (including storage areas) will result in a $100 cleaning fee being assessed (deducted from deposit)

No pets and no smoking allowed inside the camper. If pets or smoking is found have taken place inside the camper, the security deposit will be forfeited. All tanks must be emptied upon return. If black and gray tanks arenÂ’t emptied a $50 per tank cleaning fee will be added.
