The spacious design of the flat welcomes you to spread out and clear your mind with an intrinsic Asian charm blended with a modern and ample space. In one large architectural cube you will find an elegant universe with efficient separation of task areas. You will also find a fully appointed kitchen, dining area, office flooded with natural light, and a very spacious bathroom.
It is totally private but is connected to a large breezeway situated between your flat and the main house. In addition, you have your own private patio with gas grill and seating areas.
We let our guests set the tone of our interactions. You will see us coming and going and will become familiar with our congenial Manx cat and 3 legged Chihuahua/miniature Corgi mix. We live in the house in front and guests will see us from time to time, but they may choose their own level of interactions. We are accessible and even offer concierge services.
Dogs are welcome upon approval and will be charged at a rate of $10. per night. And special discounted rates are available for stays more than a week, or a month long.
We share the washer/dryer with our guests. It is located in the garage which is part of the same building as the flat. All related supplies are furnished.
Situated in Historic Albuquerque which was largely developed in the early 20th Century. Mature trees line the streets and we have your parking space off-street in our driveway.
A two-door walk puts you at a bus stop; a 20-minute walk will put you at the central station for trains, buses, Amtrak & Greyhound. And we are well served by Uber and Lyft.
