Maxwell Home Inspection Services, LLC. With pleasure I also serve the City of Albany’s Building’s & Regulatory Compliance Dept. as a Code Enforcement Inspector. I treat people with the utmost respect, and I know how stressful the home buying process is; so we offer incentives like giving discounts to first time home buyers, Veterans, elderly, and college students. It is encouraged to have the client walk through the inspection with us. My typical inspection lasts 2 to 3 hours. During the inspection the client is able to ask questions and get experienced answers, not maybe’s or I think. I look at my job as an opportunity to educate and give the client confidence in the choice they are making.
