I can't seem to stress on this enough. I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you COMMIT to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.

If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.
